All made-to-order wigs and remakes have a 2-3 week processing time before shipment. Ready-to-ship unit have a 24-48 hour processing time. When choosing the pick-up option ( Houston Only ) payment is expected before pickup . No cash payments accepted.
Please understand that colors can appear lighter or darker depending on lighting !

Your shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout . Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping . Understand that delays might happen through shipping couriers ( such as weather delays , holidays , order volumes , etc . ). Tracking numbers will be sent via email address provided at checkout.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We prioritize a dependable fulfillment and delivery experience however , once your package is accepted through our delivery courier we are no longer responsible for the package. Packages are shipped through Shippo and often come with full coverage insurance , if anything were to happen they will give you a full refund,
return & exchange policy
Please understand that all sales are final . Unless there is a mistake on our part , items are not eligible for return. If there is a mistake on our part you will be provided a return label and can return the product by dropping off at our postal courier.
